To be fair he did have that "pending regulatory approval" qualifier, which is like saying, "The US will start reducing its federal budget deficit by the end of the year, pending bipartisan legislation forged by honest, good-faith discussions in Congress that sets the nation's spending priorities for the next 25 years with fairness and prosperity in mind."2. Not sure a stock pop is the point. He scored on distraction from missing and for raising robotaxi awareness.
