       Being in tech and having a single modicum of critical thinking is just screaming "this isn't what LLMs are designed for" over and over. Meanwhile people are shoving a bunch of word predictors into critical decision making processes because a glorified used car salesmen told them it would fix all their problems.

       @malwaretech A large corporation I work for recently added AI analysis to their notes on warranty returns to see if electronic devices suffered water damage.  The AI goes bonkers half the time and reports liquid damage when you say something like "no liquid damage was detected" because the word liquid was used.  It can be pretty retarded.I tried recently to use ChatGPT for helping play D&D and it kept forgetting instructions and mixing up commands.  Eventually I ended up cutting it out of our game and simply used it to track dice roll calculations.
