What if I just blended cooked chicken breast into Greek yogurt and added a cup of peanut butter and whey protein for good measure?

@atomicpoet have you listened to the Podcasting 2.0 podcast? Host @dave regularly drinks a Beef Milkshake. Maybe that would be worth a shot. I can only imagine the amount of protein the beef milkshake would provide.

@awoodsnet @atomicpoet Ditch the peanut butter. Much of plant based proteins are bound up in the structure of the plant fibers which we cannot digest easily without enzymes or some other assistance. The protein is there, it's just hard for your body to actually extract. My shake is 2% milk, pure whey protein isolate and equip hydrolized beef protein. That's about 60 grams of highly available protein. Any more than that in one serving mostly ends up in the potty.
