       Unclear search results.. no easily found logo defined.. appears to be a combination of Latin and abbreviations "DEV" could refer to "Deus" (God), while "DNVS" might relate to "Dominus" (Lord).

       The image below is easier to interpret.  Ancient latin script shows "u" as "v".So "DEVS" is "Deus" i.e. God. "DNVS" or "Dominus" (as you said) though here to mean master, because we're already referring to god."SCIEN" as Scientarum i.e. of the sciences.So "God, master of the sciences".  Though scientia could also mean knowledge, understanding or skills."..TIARUM" appears like "..TIARU" on your image.  They chopped off the "M".
