Why would you think they have to be military to be a coup? Treason has many faces, not just guns.

@frondeur@poa.st No, that’s not true, quick kill coups come in many forms from cyber to citizen replacement. Cyber being a massive threat, as they can cripple or take out banking, water, power grid, all would mass kill the population and is much more effective than a military strike with forces on the ground. You don’t have to use military force to bring down nations anymore.
