@futurebird There is a point where being rich won't help you either. When your money makes you a target as well, to be redistributed to supporters of the regime. Even members of rhe regime will have to worry about the loss of favour and having it all taken away. There is no safety for anyone if we go much futher down the road we are on.

@futurebird Being a Millionaire isn't exactly a crazy amount of money anymore. I think my mom's house, plus her retirement savings is prob about a million, but she's just an old lady in a little house who's living on SS, Medicare, and slowly spending down her savings until she dies.We really need a good term for centi-millionaires... people who could drop 10M and not even notice, but they still call homeless people leeches and fight for tax breaks as if the world will end if they have to pay more taxes than a teacher

In Lawrence of Arabia Peter O'Toole is singing this 1891 smash hit: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Man_Who_Broke_the_Bank_at_Monte_Carlo_(song). Wikipedia also says that Andrew Carnegie gave away 350M$, 90% of his fortune, to charities in the last 18years before his death in 1919. Todays top billionaires are estimated in hundreds of G$. In that league any upstart millionaire is probably just another upper middle class twit of the year.

There's only one administration. There's only one real party. Everyone from the past two decades has likely been to Epstein's island or has some other sexual blackmail on them.
