@Nonilex From what I've seen Brazilians post online, the Brazilian Constitution has a right to free speech.But unlike the US Constitution, Brazil's free speech clause limits your speech if it infringes on someone else's Constitutional rights.Brazil says misinformation that affects elections is not protected as free speech, because you're infringing other people's rights to a free and fair election ( a Brazilian Constitutional right).
