       @s2208 I make the median income for my state and support a family of 4 and there is almost never money left for savings or "things." We don't eat out, we never travel, the only debt I have is a mortgage on a modest home and a single used car payment. I watch boomers around here with their 3000 sq ft homes, giant RVs, boats, Denalis, Corvettes, UTVs, etc and just seethe with hatred.
