       @lucy it was an engine error, didnt update shader parameters for materials until after i opened each material file manually one at a timeanyway heres the codeit does 5 things simultaneouslya) makes world wave up and down (no effect if close to camera)b) a fake PS1 style "per quad fog" (real distance fog as well in a separate shader applied over camera)c) a world-distortion effect when low on health/injured etc (what i was just doing)d) flashes the world white whenever you shoot gune) draws very dark colored rainbow-dust noise on the ceilings of the rooms if they are tallit sounds a lot crazier than it is
