I smoked cigarettes from age 16 until I was around 32. I used to smoke pot in my 20's too so it annihilated my lungs. Vaping was still kind of new when I was quitting smoking so I tried it out to get used to not smoking, but I just opted for nicotine gum because I felt like the vaping was equally as bad as smoking if not worse. I think it kinda depends on the particular brand/manufacturer though. :blob_shrug:
