If we lived in a world where the bad guys rule—where the leaders feast upon the flock—real heroes would be punished wirh ferocity. unjust, harsh punishment would be the fate of heroes, as well as public persecution to dissuade further heroism. If we lived in a world where bad guys rule…

The problem here is that it is fraud on the part of the doctor and the patient. The patient is a coward for not standing up for him\herself and using the doctor instead. There are\were fake certificates if wanting to go that route without involving someone else in a misrepresentation. One could even create their own.(Not to say that I agree with mandates, public health or other infringements on individual freedom and responsibility.)

technically, you are correct. The doctor did commit fraud by switching out the transfection for saline. However, the pharma companies were committing fraud by trying to pass off transfection as a vaccine. The doctor’s fraud was actually consistent with the hypocrattic oath, and protected people’s health—an ethical position. The doctor used deception to help patients who were deceived by mass media and brainwashed into transfecting their own children. These were parents who weren’t looking for a fake vaccine card, they wanted real ones and real Transfections.

I have a problem with lying period. If he was against transfections he should have refused to perform them and made his patients fully aware as to why(in the spirit of actual informed consent). Not only that, he took away their right to be stupid and make their own decisions. Because he "knows" better? I've seen that philosophy too many times in the other direction. Children get medically kidnapped because doctors don't agree with parents' medical decisions. He could refuse to inject and let them go elsewhere to get it done...It's a very slippery slope as to determine when a lie is good or when to make a decision for someone to "protect" them ... my opinion, that's all. :)

I respect this opinion, yet I respectfully disagree In this instance. There is massive grey zone here. We are at war, and war is waged with deception—Those that refuse to use it, disarm themselves. If he refuses and loses his license, who does he help? Perhaps a few who were on the fence? Mostly he confirms the decisions of those who would never get transfected.Through deception he prevented 1000s of kids of brainwashed parents from being transfected. That is a real impact Which cannot be denied. Those kids had no decision making agency—their decisions were made by parents and the state (acting through the parents). The doctor Hijacked the parents‘ authority, and while that is an ethically dubious position, these parents own decision making has been compromised by sophisticated psychological operations and weaponized indoctrination.

Same! Completely agree with the massive grey area, however, If I lie to "win" a war, I lose myself/my integrity in the process. Do you honestly think that when the parents found out they didn't go right out and transfect all over again? Maybe, maybe not. One can hope they learned the dangers, but sadly many don't. Most won't even take the time to look up or into anything themselves, even though information is easily accessible today. They prefer to have their minds made up for them and opinions handed to them. You can lead a horse to water but...

"If I lie to "win" a war, I lose myself/my integrity in the process."Abso-frigging-lutely the bottom line for me too.. Chinatown had full selection of fake vax cards & Covid passport spoofs for $20-$100 but to me that would be cowardly deferral to tyranny.. Hell no as loudly as possible.. system hacking.. don't panic organize!

The reverse of this poster is the method by which the attack upon us is done. It is an intentional breakdown and destruction of community and the organization around such as being resistant to tyranny, sometimes called Balkanization. It utilizes the funding and maintenance of false or shallow groups to prevent unifying re-organization. Sometimes a picture is really worth a thousand words.

As someone who has swam in the medical field for 45 years and produced other swimmers, the Hippocratic oath is as relevant and real as the oath that government officials pledge. Meaningless! It sounds nice and creates a wonderful organizational image. Starry eyed medical students delighted in themselves for being chosen and basking in the status don't know it and 5 years after receiving their degree would not be able to tell you what it says other than Do No Harm. Once they butt up against the demands of the industry, organizations, hospitals, malpractice lawyers, patients, other doctors and anything else, this oath is lost sight of if it ever was seen. In decisions about medical care, the Hippocratic Oath counts for exactly zero. The oath of the Boy Scouts is far more important and relevant to ones day to day life than the required, forced ceremonial oath of doctors at a school graduation.Don't drink this propaganda cool aid. It is window dressing.A real oath is the Omerta of the Mafia and other secret outfits where there are real painful consequences for violating it.

I value your experience and insight. Im in total agreement that the oath is now a farce.I like your analysis that the Omertà oath is the real nature of the beast as it stands. I couldn’t agree more.It also seems like a doctor who took the Hippocratic oath seriously would be both valuable and also hunted.

"'Him who taught me this art I will esteem even as I do myparents; he shall partake of my livelihood, and, if in want, shall sharemy goods. I will regard his issue as my brothers, and will teach them this art without fee or written engagement if they shall wish to learn it."'I will give instruction by precept, by discourse, and in all other ways, to my own sons, to those of him who taught me, to disciples bound by written engagement and sworn according to medical law, and to no other person."' So far as power and discernment shall be mine, I will carry out regimen for the benefit of the sick, and I will keep them from harmand wrong. To none will I give a deadly drug, even if solicited, nor offer counsel to such an end; likewise to no woman will I give a destruc-tive suppository; but guiltless and hallowed will I keep my life and mine art. I will cut no one whatever for the stone, but will give way to those who work at this practice."'Into whatsoever houses I shall enter I will go for the benefitof the sick, holding aloof from all voluntary wrong and corruption, in-cluding venereal acts upon the bodies of females and males whether free or slaves. Whatsoever in my practice or not in my practice I shall seeor hear, amid the lives of men, which ought not to be noised abroad-as to this I will keep silence, holding such things unfitting to be spoken."'And now if I shall fulfil this oath and break it not, may all the fruits of life and of art be mine, may I be honored of all men for all time; the opposite, if I shall transgress and be forsworn.

@AlainPetit77 @Zardoz @prisondoc Its been interesting watching the case unfold. The feds are forced to lean heavy on the fraud charge, and specifically vax cards. Moore isn't allowed to bring a necessity defense; he can't mention how patients were facing termination of employment for instance. He can't discuss vax injuries either. Both the government and Moore are walking a fine line.

@AlainPetit77 @Zardoz @prisondoc 2 of Moore's co-defendants snitched out and copped a plea, but things got spicy when the defense went after Burgoyne on cross examination. Both Burgoyne and Flores got cherry deals for their cooperation. But as it turned out, most of the vax card fraud had Burgoyne's name on it, not Moore's. Dr. Moore contracted through the state health department, not the CDC. So obviously the whole thing should be thrown out on jurisdictional grounds, but this is just one of many problems with the case. The feds couldn't get a single patient to testify against him. So he can't bring any patients in his defense. Both Moore and the feds are walking a tightrope. It remains to be seen if the Jury can see through the bullshit or not. The scope of the case is so restricted that I like to imagine that somebody on the jury will smell a rat.

@Zardoz @AlainPetit77 @prisondoc I do also wonder about what is this data Sasha says she provided for Moore's defense. I'm willing to bet it was all off limits within the scope of the case, so -- no real help at all.
