How did the Vietnamese latte come into existence? They use sweetened condensed milk which is rather strange. Their coffee drinks seem very sweetenedWithout any real data I can only assume it's because of how East Germany funded the coffee production in Vietnam because of a shortage, and used Robusta. Their production went huge, everyone has access to cheap cheap coffee in Vietnam, and since it's Robusta it's bitter as hell so they sweeten the hell out of it to compensate!Makes sense to me anyway so I'll consider this canon
