@Nonilex In non-academic language, Trump is a lousy negotiator and a one-trick pony. His only strategy is to threaten, harangue, and extort, in hopes that the other side will surrender. It only works on people weaker and dumber than he is. With even modest pushback, he surrenders, but he never forgets the humiliation and always promises payback.
