       of course my mom never updated her Mac since she got it in 2022, Apple isn't very good at retrocompatibility, and the one version of macOS recent enough latest software will work correctly on is probably be even more shite

       @Yuki it's absolutely weird.Was debugging my program in a VM, through SSH. It had to use audio input, and macOS asked for mic permissions for ssh daemon. Same happens with terminal.

       it's absolutely not intuitive the moment you want to do something slightly advanced but at least the noob who barely knows how to use Word isn't shooting themselves in the foot with 56 malwaresand then you wonder why George R. R. Martin still uses WordStar 4.0 for DOS

       Of course I spend the day trying to make Sunshine work (which I found is a fairly decent alternative to VNC for gaming) because Apple's implementation of VNC is rather terrible and, uh,It's even more disappointing
