       @dogslurp I know some things. It depends which ancestors in particular. For example if Irish, then you want the Brehon laws. If Icelandic, you want the Gray Goose laws (for example). If Roman, then you want the 12 Tables (for starters), etc. There's a lot of variety, and not all of it is still available from complete primary sources. Arguably most of the laws of our Pagan ancestors would be rather out of place in the modern day, even while the paradigm by which people governed themselves (ie. how laws were created, enforced, etc) may still be useful.If you give me a specific culture I might be able to point you to more info.

But you can surely tell me where the pagan religions are written down, one of which you surely follow "to the letter".Ever been to a Japanese shrine?
