       🚨 Gjovik v Apple update!!! ⚖️ We're now suing Apple again, more, from another angle, with six new claims, & adding a city in the mix.Today, I filed my sixty day notice of a US EPA Citizen Suit under RCRA, Clean Air Act, TSCA, Clean Water Act, & EPCRA. If the US DOJ doesn't file suit in 60-day, I will, & I'll also add a Public Nuisance claim, be appointed pseudo-public prosecutor. Let's do this thing.
