       I suppose it depends are where you are but, even in rural areas it seems about 80% of people under 40 have tats now.

       It was taught to them when they were young. It can be bred out of them. This generation cannot be un-tatted - but it can teach the next generation not to follow suit, to take pride in their race, and not to scar their bodies "for fashion".

       The factory floor still works. The 3D baby printer is functional. One generation is going to have to suck it up, do it in the dark to ignore the tats, and create the next generation, then teach them.
