       @BlackAzizAnansi Do the rules allow using clotheslines to air dry the washing? If not, consider allowing it.(Clothes dryers are huge energy hogs.)Perhaps a non-shaming way for residents to ask for help maintaining public facing residential areas when homeowners get sick or are dealing with a crisis.
