       Back at the end of March, the FBI kidnapped a Chinese academic couple, Xiaofeng Wang and his wife Nianli Ma. Apparently they're now free, but Indiana University, which employed them both, shamefully fired both of them without any process or explanation, and they were never charged with any crimes. Now they're seeking to unseal the warrant that was used to justify the raid on their house and their detention. Another thing I learned from looking this up: the "China Initiative" which was basically a quota for the FBI to file cases against people linked to China somehow. Trump started it and Biden took two years to end it.
