       Welcome to modern authentication scenarios, where this error could mean (a) 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁 screwed this up again and you should wait a day or two for them to fix it in the cloudor(b) 𝗬𝗼𝘂 screwed up. Auth config is Fiddly (to say the least), so entirely possible. Hope you weren't waiting for MS. 😅
