       Funemployment dinner number 53 (in a series): coronation chicken over greens. About $2 a serving. #cooking #food #foodporn #frugal

As a basic breakdown, I used the breasts from a Costco rotisserie chicken - $4.98 for the whole bird, so make $3 in breast meat, which makes 4 servings. The other ingredients make up the rest. I set aside the leg meat for soup later in the week. The bones and skin are being turned into broth right now. Honestly, if you're hurting for cash, the Costco chicken is a bargain on its own but if you try to avoid wasting anything, it is more cost effective.
