       Oh and #MeaCulpa;Last year, based on my observations of Orange Stalin 1.0, I was arguing that Orange Stalin 2.0 would pull back from international military engagement as a cost-cutting measure, as protectionists, tend to do. I didn't anticipate that my nickname for him would turn out to be even more accurate than I thought.Lest we forget, Stalin 1.0 helped start WW2 by invading Poland with Hitler. A historical fact suppressed after the Nazis attacked the USSR and they joined the Allies.
