After choosing to freeze pensioners while funding a far away war, the UK government have just passed legislation legalising abortion up to the point of birth and an assisted dying bill which will be used to encourage euthanasia instead of quality palliative care. The state is a death cult.

Personally, I’m liking the idea of euthanasia.I want the freedom to end my life if I become incapable. My mum died from physical body failure in her early 80’s. That’s fine, I would be happy to die naturally if that fate awaited me.My father died after dementia took his entire personality and memories within 6 years in his late 80’s.If my fate is dementia, I would prefer to end my life while I’m still me.Luckily Alzheimer’s prevention has made amazing strides recently and some forms of it can be stopped from progressing.

The issue with state sanctioned euthanasia is that there are already countless examples of the system being abused.Look at maid in Canada. It's pretty horrific. As soon as there is an incentive structure on the other side, just like with vaccines, doctors are inclined to nudge people into the services and will often shame or coerce people into these things.

The problem with driving cars is that 1.4 million people die as a result of crashes each year.We still drive cars and most people don’t die in accidents.

The difference there mike, is the state dosen't provide cars or mandate their use. As in Canada, this will be abused to lower costs. Maid was offered to18yr olds with depression, ex-service personnel with PTSD, women with a famoly history of breast cancer. If it was just a personal choice i'd be somewhat ok with it. But in the hands of the NHS, it will just become a death cult.
