       Quirks and Quarks is an extremely long running science radio show in Canada (it started in 1975). This week they have a special episode talking about the science cuts in the US, how they're (potentially) effecting science in Canada, and how Canada is trying to step up. It's a show that always talks to the scientists involved and this episode is no different.        Quirks and Quarks is also released as a podcast and I really recommend listening to it even if you can't get CBC radio:) Most of us grew up listening to it.
