Got a 7-11 energy drink. Noticed all the weird trademark's on the back so I checked out the ingredients. Wtf is dicaffeine malate? CellFlo6? Alpha GPC? I know these energy drinks are awful for you but wtf?

Most of them are amino acids. Same with Alpha GPC. Just get it from eating grass fed beef and yeah a black espresso is good.

@AlphaKiloPapa IIRC I have an empty bottle of 3 hour energy that I picked up because of the odd ingredient list. Something like 50 times the daily amount of niacin in that little bottle. One of the side effects can be skin color changes due to the niacin.
