#cpm #retrocomputing Has anyone come across runnable binaries of SUPERCALC for CP/M? Very hard to find.Looking for any usable spreadsheet program for CP/M, actually... MULTIPLAN, SUPERCALC, there was a VISICALC CP/M release but it's probably scarce.(How sad it is, to see all of these short-sighted "disk imaging" systems to encapsulate obsolete software, but that require using legacy hardware, or weird handmade hardware designed 30 years ago that are as hard to come up with as the original hardware, only 20 years newer! Just preserve the files! Sheesh!)

@tomjennings I’m about to do that with all my old Atari 800 discs… I have my FujiNet up and ready to virtualize. I just need a free day to teleport my brain back to its pre-teen state to tolerate its keyboard. ;)

@altomare A collection of files in a ZIP or something?I keep coming across these "disk image" things, .IMD and others, and can't figure out what anyone does with them!

@mos_8502 NO! I hadn't! I don't remember the 'business' folder, but obviously I just overlooked it.Damn -- downloaded SC2.ZIP, imported it to a CP/M sd card, ran install for h19, DONE.Lol thanks! I spent a lot of time on that site... I should probably look for a site index and download that. A teeny tiny but nice spreadsheet! Thanks so much!
