@stux @irina Maybe a noisy machine is not the best way to pursue a panicking horse, poor Walter kept running away from it.The marrow of horses is fluid. So if a horse breaks a leg (for instance by being hit by a car!) they have to be put down because the leg will never heal again. Seeing poor Walter running through traffic like that gave me anxiety.

@stux it’s not so much the horse wanting to be free, it loves the food and shelter it has at home , but it doesn’t seem to get enough exercise, like dogs who aren’t walked enough

@stux @paco I’ve actually had to do this before. I wasn’t on a motorcycle, though. My family had horses when I was a teenager. They got loose, and we had to get in our truck and chase them down. It was out in the country, and someone else caught them first and held them until we caught up.
