       I won’t say I am any expert, just a sword fighting enthusiast. But looking at the sword here, it does appear to be ornamental. maybe something meant to hang on the wall 🤔The tip appears to have a sharp point but the quality of the blade itself looks questionable to use as an actual cut and thrust sword.

       yeah it doesn't seem like it has an distal tapering. most likely a cheap sword-like object :nervous:
