So the #USA has failed. It has a king and his court hounding immigrants. There is no equality and justice for all. It is no longer a shining beacon to the world of freedom and Liberty. It's just reverted to the base human default.

The USA was an experiment, to be something better than the nation states which had gone before it - with their monarchies, their lack of representation or protection for minorities, their constant pogroms. @brrbrr You wouldn't know.The USA was based (per 1790 naturalization act) on being non-diverse.They weren't stringent enough, and we are now correcting the disaster.Who do you want to be, Finland or Mexico?

@monarchist ... And yes... in that sense diversity has failed. The USA is the most diverse nation on earth. In the blink of an eye the downtrodden masses from around the world descended on it (promptly wiping out the original inhabitants of course) and ... have now recreated the conditions of their original enslavement, thinking that they're now the ones wearing the (jack) boots. @brrbrr Diversity has failed in the US, UK, and EU yes but also everywhere else.Consider Rwanda, Sudan, Congo, even South Africa.It's just a bad policy.I don't think it's blaming the immigrants to point out that diversity is toxic. It's blaming diversity.
