       New Zealanders. We once had a big party and the next morning we got up and made bacon pancakes, while listening to the 10 hour version of the Adventure Time bacon pancakes song.I got the process down to a science too. The trick is you cook the rasher and pancake separately. As the pancake is bubbling, you put mostly cooked bacon right on it for like 30 seconds, then flip the pancake.        I had another friend who did that. They both work. It's a bit different, like bacon bits ground up in pancake versus a whole bacon and a whole pancake together. Also the Aussies/Kiwis have "rasher bacon" which is the round part and it feels like you're cooking ham. American bacon is called "streaky bacon" there.
