@Nonilex i’m sure California will find another way of achieving the same end.Many cities here are introducing low emission zones which in practice means a vehicle more than about 10 years old cannot enter. I fully expect that the regulations will be tightened over the next few years and eventually it will be EVs only in city centres. Minimal incentive to buy a old gas guzzler.
