       @stux however true maybe not a very clever IT guy either if you ask me; easily preventable either by KVM or asking the 3 separate people for a photo or video... 😅

       @stuxDrove almost 5 hrs once to prove a tech didn't know how to use a multimeter.  Was onsite for about 30 minutes, then back on the road home....

       @stux I once told someone "oh yeah, that model of server's power supply gets stuck sometimes. You'll need to go and physically unplug it, wait a full 60 seconds, plug it back in, and power it on."And sure enough, they actually went and turned the damn thing on and everything started working again.
