       @gregggonsalves And I want to repeat every time I see one of these news articles that it is the constitutional duty of every mayor and every state official every elected official that swears, and no to the constitution to physically halt and interfere with the function of this illegal agency.So long as it’s operating the way it is it has no legal authority because it’s working outside the bounds of the constitution.The national guard should be called to shut down the operation of ICE
