       dear followers in the software/digital worlds - we've just been told at work about a restructure where we are moving from a product focus to one on the client - is there some pivot away from product happening in your world? doesn't seem aligned with agile.

       just found out that my boss, who is super capable and approachable and who i've enjoyed working with, is being made redundant. that coupled with the likelihood that a rumored plan to introduce the product owner role (and a career pathway for me) will not happen have resulted in turning on the 'looking' sign in my linkedin profile.so once again, if you're looking for a strong BA, hit me up.
