       One thing I do not like is no matter where we have gone with my mother on this health journey of hers in her old age is the "color by numbers approach the medical community takes with patients.  All patients.  If it's not a broken arm or an axe in your face the approach to your health seems clueless. I remember taking mom for her knee problems that started with some guy saying it was a sprain and then a tear to she needs a new knee. One Dr signed her up for all kinds of tests

       One of those tests was a  colonoscopy...i remember thinking if what's hurting her knee is up her butt then she needs to be on the cover of one of those science magazines.  My faith maybe weak by the church standards and it's not my lack of faith ..it my lack of personal character.  But with Dr's I have zero faith because too many have no character.        @Greeklivesmatter1970 It's a money making scam.They do all those tests in order to bill for them, not for diagnosis.  When my son had a motorcycle accident.  he was completely concious/alert. he had only cut his foot, & just wanted stitches in it. They wanted to do 20 tests. one in particular was to check for broken ribs. he hadn't even hit his ribs, there was no reason to check them, nontheless they cut off his favorite shirt and charged him for the service.  he could have just taken it off.

       @Phil isn't that amazing.  It would seem it's all about the insurance up charges.  They just raise the premiums and government subsidies that way I  guess.  As you say Pontiff it's a racket for the system to keep eating or feeding itself. Be amazing to a new system where  we only payed if we were  cured and healed in a certain window of time. A merit medical system hmm
