I have a way to pay that bill because I have a checking account, but many poor people don't have that. When buying products, if not on prescription, I won't use a check either. It's cash or nothing!        [3/3] something you want to buy, don't pay by card! Instead, go to an ATM and withdraw the cash you need, then pay with that. The bank will know where you withdrew the cash but will not know what you spent it on.

       @rms yes, cash ireally important. As you point out, not only to protect your own privacy but also to make sure that all people have access tonthe same services. I find it a challenge to try and use it regularly but I do try.
