       This isn’t the 1st time they have tried to skip over the lower courts. #DOJ has requested #SCOTUS halt a lower court’s decision 14X in 16 weeks. In comparison, under both Bush & Obama admins (a total of 16 years), there were only 8 such requests to SCOTUS.The stakes are high.
