       Good morning peeps :)🌡️20°c 80% humidity @ 0517Started today's long run with a slightly different 8km out, then and a familiar 13.1km home. I went off too quickly, slowed on the trails, then took a tumble at 15, before a turtle-esque trundle home. This is the 3rd time I've run 21.1km, it's also the slowest it's taken me - However; this is my 1st barefoot shoe half, and it has laid down a challenge for me to better for next time..#BarefootRunning #Running #SlowRunner #HalfMarathon
