@Turkleton @Witch_Hunter_Siegfried as a young guy, there are tons of things that are low skill and high effort that if you do will pan out to a good trade as you master a skilldon't look for women in bars (the handful that are there looking for a guy are terrible and probably are looking for a much shittier and niggery person anyways) or corporate women (a woman with a college degree should be treated like one a STD)but most of all, get a trainer and lift and run while you are young - I am able to curl 55lb db on a good day but that took me many years, when guys are young you can recover and get stronger so much quickerlife is much easier if you are in shape - your career and romantic options are much better and paying somebody who knows how to get in shape and will keep you accountable is a great investment

Quick change dumbbells are great. I have one from Core Fitness. Works well but only goes to 50 pounds.You adjust it by twisting the handle. Always reminds me of motorbikes. :)
