@ColonReport I don't really care about this broad but this should be a pretty "open and shut" case if all the narratives we're hearing (from both sides) are true:- she had her belongings stolen by a PoC.- she used a slur in anger.- she was recorded, doxxed, and, now, harassed.It sounds like she's the only real victim in all of this. A victim of theft, doxxing, and harassment. It's not okay nor legal to do any of those things. So, any "police investigation(s)" should squarely target those incidents in order to bring charges against guilty perpetrators therein. Simple.Regarding her use of a slur: it's protected speech (good or bad, like it or not). She has constitutional first amendment rights in the United States. She wasn't inviting violence, nor disturbing the peace, nor really doing or saying anything without antagonism……so, there's really nothing to charge her with.

They'll find loopholes to charge people, and even if they don't stick, the process is the punishment.For example, a few years ago three 13~12 boys were charged with "attempting to start a riot" in Oregon for recording themselves quietly saying "I hate niggers". I never heard the resolution to tha caset, but it's clear they were not trying to start a riot, so it's a reminder that the state can do whatever it wants, regardless of what a magic piece of paper says.
