@realcaseyrollins He has already done it for people with legal residence despite being determined to be very clearly illegal by judges, he even then arrested the judge who tried to stop him from doing this illegal shit... @freemo @lnxw37a2 TBF I wanna say in the case you're referring to, the courts were trying to keep #Trump from having #ICE comply with federal immigration law, as a legal deportation order for the individual had been obtained. Kinda puts #Trump in a sticky situation: do you follow the courts, or follow the law? He chose the law in that scenario.

They are trying to deport people without due process, his memo explicitly revealed they are trying to get people deported by avoiding court cases, meaning based on simply accusations without any due process. In this case Eduardo Flores-Ruiz was accused of domestic abuse, without any court ruling if the accusation was valid or not. ICE wanted to deport him without due process, the judge insisted he had a right to a hearing to determine if he was guilty before using as a grounds for a deportation.
