(nsfw text)Kate has many outfits, here's a blueish one. Her design is a little different than her last ref, but it's pretty finalized now. Same with Birdy. FINALLY. FINALLY. Kate is very feral and i'm excited for everyone to see the shit she drags Birdy into.There's a huge narrative and very intricate lore to her world. Kate's vehicle, Praternus, is getting her design worked out next and it'll echo the world-building better. The Creator's Trinket is going to be a dream of mine to make.

@toadytee it’s always hard I wanna keep designs simple and streamlined bc I dont wanna kill myself drawing them a million times but then I look at designs for video games (where u dont have to draw them over and over) and go hm maybe my designs are too plain

@afairmaiden video games generally arent a good metric, which i learned the hard way cause i was really into dangan ronpa and every character in that series gets like 5 extraneous zippers a piece. you could always try different kinds of colors on the same designs, or exaggerating the current traits in some way, but i think theyre nice as-is.
