@AlphaKiloPapa we had a package that did that too. Made it all the way to Portland, which is usually last stop before Eugene, then all of a sudden next day it's in Kansas and took almost another week to make it back to Oregon.

@halfpint @AlphaKiloPapa I've had 3 packages in the last 3 months do this. One I sent and two sent to me. The current one goes to D.C. then to Florida then to Kansas then to D.C. then to Georgia then to Missouri then to Pennsylvania . . .etc.I could drive in the care 1 hour and pick the damn thing up in D.C., but it's not allowed.The USPS is truly borked. And there's NO WAY to send them a "WTF" or a "Find my package" or a "Stop sending my package all over the place" message.F the USPS.

@AlphaKiloPapa @DaddyO yeah, it's USPS dropping the ball. They've been really bad the last 2 months. Even the mail carriers are being total douchenozzles and leaving an "attempted delivery" slip. @AlphaKiloPapaOh I was there once. We came to watch the Woodward Dream Cruise. What we saw was a bunch of hicks burning up their tires while another hick blew NOS straight out of a giant bottle into the grills of their cars. And some dude tried to ride out of a third gear burnout on his harley and high sided it. It was a wild night.

@AlphaKiloPapa During the Christmas season in 2020 I mailed a couple of packages to my sister in Virginia from the NY Metro area. The last one arrived in March of 2021. At least one of the packages went to Texas at least twice and Louisiana once, and a number of other places. The local Regional Center was experiencing a shortage of workers (who were getting paid but not showing up).Priority Mail. Neat two day delivery, right?
