@Nonilex Meta breached all four points benchmarking Fair Use:- they used it for commercial, not nonprofit purposes;- they used others composed words for the purposes of composing words through AI;- they used entire works and not excerpts under 300 words in length;- they damaged the value of the works from which they poached because Meta's AI can now create substantively competitive works, or if hacked, others can do so using Meta's AI.This needs a fine north of $5B to hurt Meta.

@Nonilex do you know - under the facts of this case, did meta buy a copy of the works and then ingest them for training purposes? Or did it just steal the books in the first place?
