@stux On a different level though - there is a 1st Amendment and this implies people cannot be punished for a tattoo alone. Even if this _were_ real.Gang membership has to be proven by connections, criminal history, otherwise recorded deeds. Not symbols.There may be SOME symbols where everyone knows they are not acceptable, and those then MAYBE can be used as evidence. Maybe. After Elon's Hitler salute I doubt even that.But certainly not these.

@stux The person who made that picture didn't even intend it like that. The characters are accusatory interpretations of the symbols.M for MarijuanaS for Smiley1 for Christ?3 for Skull???So the spurious insinuation was that the symbols stand for MS13, not that these letters were tattooed right above them, which is what Trump believed and started to propagate.

@stux If those symbols really are common indicators of MS-13 affiliation, why haven’t we seen pix of actual convicted gang members sporting the same ink? I’d think Bullshit Barbie Leavitt would have several posters of those in the WH press room to demonstrate that she is telling us the truth. You know, the truth, like she promised.

@stux Nope, it is real. Trump even argued with a jurnalist who visibly sighed when Trump went "he had MS13 written on knuckles". Not even explaining him the MS13 was photoshopped to the image convinced him. Imagine having a motherfucking president who is so fucking dumb and so fucking out of touch with reality.
