That would be a very simple, easy way to gradually pay down the income tax while incentivizing people to get off of welfare and into the workforce

       @C9_stotte i think everyone should have at least a little skin in the game.  Otherwise you end up with people voting to raise other people's taxes to benefit themselves.  I also think that when mooching off your neighbors( welfare) one should have to forfeit the right to vote.  It could be restored after one year off welfare.
