       By Aug 2021, without any findings against me, Apple retained external counsel. Hiring defense lawyers before the HR investigation strongly suggests the company views workers & their disclosures as risks to neutralize.After Apple fired me in Sept 2021, they cited the supposed misconduct as tweets from late Aug 2021. But Apple's own records show they were preparing to fire me much earlier. A legal *team* was already directing internal strategy before any alleged "policy violation" ever occurred.
