Apparently now on ojol apps, they all have rating system on customer. You can't see them the way you can with driver. The intentions were understandable but if you don't tip drivers, some will give you low rating, essentially blackmailing you into giving tips. Once it goes too low, there's no way going backAnd here I thought tipping culture in america is crazy enough :miku_not_like_this:

@5init can customers just create a new account when it goes too low? I don't know how those apps work

@seledri@maidsin.space With limited feature I imagine. E-wallet require ID Card. I don't think we can use them multiple times on the same platform. So, no E-wallet with automatic charges and discountsOr just switch platform I guess.

@5init don't they start asking ID card when you opt to upgrade your account? People should be able to use a basic e-wallet account or just use cash... still no discount though

@seledri@maidsin.space I remember DANA only let you transfer between user after applying ID card while gopay ask them from beginning. But it was really back then. Maybe it has changed after that.
