@Nonilex It would be helpful if you identified the courts in your very helpful posts. This information is almost as important as the court's actions, given the massive differences in jurisprudence between, and as we've seen in TX, even within circuits. Currently, we sometimes have to track the court's identity down in the articles. Thanks so much for your efforts, and please forgive this quibble.

@Nonilex No, it's on you. It makes your otherwise very helpful posts less valuable than they could be. The identity of the court that issues a decision is crucial to understanding that decision's import, as any common law lawyer would confirm. Re it being on me, I know how to click on links. I do it all the time. And I also know that I have only 24hrs in the day. I'd love to read all of the articles posted by you and others. But I can't.
