       @stux This is par for the course with Trump.  He thinks negotiation only consists of him screwing others over.  When anyone negotiates with him, he assumes he's not winning enough and ruins any potential solution.I want to say "just another reminder that governments can't be run like a business" but Trump isn't even a successful businessman.  So it's more of a "stop putting idiots in charge of things that matter!" reminder.Trump isn't even fit to decide which cleaner to use in a bathroom.

       @stux Trump’s concept of negotiations is zero sum, so if the other side ends up worse off, that is worth it even if he is also worse off so long as he did marginally better.  It is always about the tilt of the table and not whether your drinks are on the floor.
